DarkWeb Marketplace operates under one unbreakable principle: **your anonymity is absolute**. We collect, store, and process the absolute minimum required to keep the marketplace functional and secure.

**1. Data We Do NOT Collect**  

- No IP addresses (connections are terminated at multiple Tor exit nodes before reaching our servers)  

- No real names, emails, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information  

- No plaintext messages (all communication is end-to-end PGP-encrypted and auto-deleted after 30 days)  

- No browser fingerprints or tracking cookies  

- No server access logs or transaction metadata beyond what is strictly needed for active escrow

**2. Data We Temporarily Process (Never Stored Long-Term)**  

- Hashed escrow transaction IDs (deleted immediately after finalization or dispute resolution)  

- Encrypted vendor/buyer messages (auto-expired after 30–90 days)  

- PGP public keys (only for message routing)  

- Cryptocurrency wallet addresses (visible only to the two parties + escrow system, wiped after release)

**3. Zero-Knowledge Architecture**  

Even if servers were seized, nothing usable could be recovered:  

- All databases are encrypted with keys that do not exist on the same server  

- Moderators see only what is voluntarily submitted in disputes  

- No backdoors, no master keys, no cooperation with any third party

**4. Cryptocurrency Privacy**  

- We encourage Monero (XMR) as the default currency  

- Bitcoin payments are automatically routed through built-in CoinJoin/mixer  

- No KYC, no withdrawal limits, no address reuse

**5. Cookies & Scripts**  

The only script you will ever see is the lightweight JavaScript required for the interface. No analytics, no trackers, no external domains.

**6. Law Enforcement & Third Parties**  

We will never voluntarily disclose user information because no meaningful information exists to disclose. In the unlikely event of server compromise, only encrypted fragments and temporary escrow data would be present, nothing linkable to real-world identities.

**7. Policy Changes**  

Any change to this policy will be announced on the login page and via site news 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
