2. Account Registration and Security
- Accounts require a pseudonym, PGP key, and adherence to anonymity protocols.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. Report any unauthorized access immediately via encrypted channels.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, including scams, spam, or breaches of anonymity.
3. Prohibited Activities
While we champion freedom, the following are strictly forbidden:
- Any activity violating international laws, including but not limited to child exploitation, terrorism, or human trafficking.
- Scamming, fraud against users, or disrupting Platform operations.
- Sharing personal identifying information or doxxing.
- Uploading malware or harmful code.
- Violations may result in immediate bans, forfeiture of escrow funds, and community blacklisting.
4. Transactions and Escrow
- All transactions use our escrow system for protection. Funds release only upon mutual confirmation.
- Vendors set their own policies, but must honor descriptions. Buyers assume risks of digital goods.
- Fees: 5% per transaction (split between parties), plus crypto network fees. No refunds for completed transactions unless disputed successfully.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
- User-generated content (listings, forums) must not infringe copyrights or trademarks.
- We claim no ownership over your content but grant us a license to host and display it.
- Report IP violations via support; we may remove offending material.
6. Privacy and Data
- We adhere to zero-logging: No IPs, no personal data stored. All comms PGP-encrypted.
- You consent to anonymous analytics for Platform improvement.
- In disputes, limited data may be reviewed by moderators.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
- The Platform is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses from transactions, hacks, or law enforcement actions.
- Use at your own risk – we do not guarantee vendor reliability or product legality in your jurisdiction.
- Limitation of Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the disputed transaction.
8. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes resolved internally via moderation. No external arbitration.
- Governing "Law": These Terms are governed by the principles of digital sovereignty, not any specific jurisdiction.
**9. Termination**
We may terminate the Platform or your access at any time without notice. Upon termination, outstanding escrows will be resolved fairly.
